What data we process and why

When you send a message through the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide. We do this only to reply to your inquiry and continue the correspondence.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to the correspondence we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep the data

We keep the form data until the correspondence ends and then for no longer than 12 months, unless we start working together — in that case the periods resulting from the contract and applicable law apply.

Who receives the data

The data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf: OVHcloud. We do not sell the data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have your data rectified,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Cookies and technical data

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools and does not load resources from third-party services. It only remembers your chosen language in your browser's storage (localStorage); this information is not sent anywhere.

The hosting server may automatically log standard technical data, such as your IP address and the time and address of the request, to keep the website secure and working correctly.
